I've spent 20 years figuring out how companies grow — from first customer to enterprise scale, from founder-led chaos to something that actually works without you in every room.
Now I work with a small number of founders and PE-backed companies at a time — as a commercial partner, not a consultant. If you're trying to land your first enterprise logos, cross an ARR inflection, or bring AI into the business in a way that actually moves the P&L, I'd like to hear what you're working on.
I embed AI across your product, GTM, and operations — not as a pilot, but as a P&L-level initiative with measurable outcomes. I've built and commercialized AI platforms from the ground up, and I know where it creates real leverage versus where it's noise.
I bring executive presence and existing relationships to help you land and expand your first major enterprise accounts. I've served as exec sponsor for Google, DoorDash, Reddit, and other hyperscale customers — and I know how enterprise procurement actually works.
The $5M–$30M ARR inflection is where most founder-led GTM models break. I help you build the commercial infrastructure — systems, team, pricing, pipeline — to cross it without stalling or over-hiring.
The best engagements I've had started with a specific problem and a shared belief that it was solvable. I work in structured arrangements — with a defined outcome and a clear timeline — so both sides know what success looks like before we start.
2–3 days per week. Full operating authority. I function as your CRO or Chief Commercial Officer — owning pipeline, partnerships, and GTM execution alongside your team. Typically 3–12 months.
A defined pilot with a specific outcome: first enterprise customer signed, key partnership closed, or GTM infrastructure built. Milestone-based, capital-efficient, and designed to create momentum fast.
For PE firms and portcos who need an experienced operator in the room — for deal diligence, AI transformation scoping, or ongoing strategic guidance. Structured around your governance model.
For the right company, with the right sponsor, and a thesis I genuinely believe in — I'm open to full-time engagements where the long-term value creation opportunity is real.
I founded Regalix in 2004 and built it from nothing — bootstrapped to $40M ARR, launched Nytro.ai as an in-house AI sales platform, and scaled a global delivery organization of 2,500+ across the U.S., India, Poland, and the Philippines. In 2024, the business was acquired by MarketStar in a PE-backed transaction at $100M+.
I've spent my career at the intersection of product, data, and commercial leadership — not as a specialist in any one function, but as the person who ties them together into something that grows. I've raised capital from Khosla Ventures and built equally strong businesses without outside funding.
My background is unusual: an M.Des from IIT and fine arts training sit alongside 20 years of enterprise technology experience. I think about GTM the way a designer thinks about systems — with attention to how all the parts create an experience the customer actually wants to buy.
Today I chair Kosha Lab (AI venture studio), Recoup Health (digital health platform), and ImpactLabs (data-driven philanthropy).
No long intake forms. If there's something worth talking about, a short note is enough to start.
